Prioritize your mental health.
Your mental health matters. Consider if you’ve been drinking too much. Pay attention for signs of depression or bipolar disorder. Do you have a family history of mental illness, suicide, and/or substance abuse? Then you need a mental health professional to help you review the signs and symptoms.

Consider your sexual health.
In many ways, your erection is a sign of your overall health. If you’re stressed, not sleeping enough, or you’re drinking too much, that impacts your erection. Exercise regularly, eat well, and sleep right to maintain your sexual prowess.
